Le remplacement d’une incisive par une thérapeutique implantaire reste un véritable défi pour le praticien. Il faut gérer la finesse de la table osseuse vestibulaire, éviter la résorption post-extractionnelle et l’effondrement des tissus mous et assurer une bonne temporisation dans un souci d’obtenir un résultat esthétique à long terme.
