Préservation de l'os crestal vestibulaire par la technique du rempart alvéolaire "the socket-shield technique"

Le remplacement d’une incisive par une thérapeutique implantaire reste un véritable défi pour le praticien. Il faut gérer la finesse de la table osseuse vestibulaire, éviter la résorption post-extractionnelle et l’effondrement des tissus mous et assurer une bonne temporisation dans un souci d’obtenir un résultat esthétique à long terme.
